About the Topic:
As
a project or engineering manager, your ability to lead others is as
important as your technical knowledge. You almost certainly understand
your technical strengths and limitations but can you say the same about
your leadership skills?
Inscape Publishing has developed a leadership
assessment tool to help you better understand how you are likely to make
use of a leadership opportunity, how you contribute to a group's success
and how you can better plan for your own leadership development.
( See the Inscape
research report on the assessment tool at http://www.inscapepublishing.com/pdf/DLPO-362.pdf
).
Join us
this month to take the Dimensions of Leadership Profile assessment and
learn how to use it to be a more effective leader.
