About the Topic/ Outline:
Mr. Tim Bloudek is speaking about some lean tools used in a non
manufacturing environment. The techniques are applicable to both
manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes and businesses.
Bio:
Mr. Tim Bloudek is a graduate from the University of Minnesota
with a Bachelor of Science in Business and has been with Braas
Company for the past 28 years. He has held various positions
within Braas Company including; inside sales, field sales
representative, applications engineering, technical trainer,
marketing manager, and operations manager. He is currently the
Quality Manager and is involved with the Lean transformation and
is a Certified Employee Owner (CEO) at Braas Company. He has
spoken to various organizations about the experiences of Braas
in the area of Lean implementation.

turn right on Smetana Road and go about 0.4 miles to the second
right, turn right on Feltl Road and go to the first driveway on
