PaR Systems is a
leader in the design, construction, and installation of large-scale,
high-precision gantry robotic systems with four decades of experience. With
in-depth industry experience in Nuclear, Aerospace and other demanding
industries PaR has developed a strong track record in providing high
technology automation solutions to meet demanding material handling and
processing needs.
Joe Palmiter will give
an overview of the company and an overview of some of the PaR Systems
projects currently in production..
One of PaR’s principal
businesses is providing fuel handling equipment for nuclear power plants.
Brian Brady from PaR Nuclear will talk on some projects currently underway
and will also talk on some issues affecting the future direction of the
nuclear power industry.
Joe Palmiter is a
Program Manager for PaR Systems Aerospace business and is a Senior Member of
IEEE.
Brian Brady is the
Electrical Engineering Department Lead for PaR
Nuclear and is a Senior Member of IEEE.

899 Highway 96 West
Shoreview, MN 55126
From east or west on 694 to Lexington then North to 96. Take a right on 96
and then the second left (just past PaR's building.) and turn into PaR’s
front parking lot.
From the south take 35W to the exit for 96 just north of 694 and head east.
After you cross Lexington, follow the directions above.
We will be using an entrance in the south side of the older east building.
Cost:
Free for EMS members and non-members attending for the first time; $10
otherwise. Refreshments will be provided.
