About the Topic/ Outline:
Lean Sigma is the latest in a series of process improvement programs. Like a huge iceberg that picks up (and destroys) everything that it encounters, Lean Sigma is the convergence of many process improvement programs, including TQM, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and Lean Manufacturing. This talk will overview these programs and suggest a unified theory for the essential elements of an excellent process improvement program.
