About the Meeting:
Many engineering managers
think presenting to upper management is simply going in there and telling
like it is! However it is only after they enter the lions’ den, they

upper management requires a tactful approach and there are definitely some

This presentation will address those common do and don’ts so you
will not have learn the hard way in front of upper management!
This is especially true when presenting bad news!
