About the speaker:
Jim Poole is the Membership Development Manager at the James J. Hill
Reference Library and is responsible to the thousands of entrepreneurs who
annually visit the Library in person or tens of thousands online to use its
resources to grow their businesses. He manages the Library’s SBDC program
which provides specialized business planning intelligence to Small Business
Development Centers’ Counselors in over 40 States. And he brings business
owners to our Librarians so they can find answers to their questions about
industry trends, competitors, consumers, operations, and sales prospecting.
