The first presentation Lori Lorenz gave last year described the potential
of the entire Path to Profits profit matrix. This presentation takes a cell
from the profit matrix and drills down into the mechanics of leveraging your
intellectual property through self-publishing.
About the Speaker:Lori Lorenz
is Technology Strategist, Knowledge Architect, and co-founder of Today’s
Camelot. Her 18 years of information technology experience and active
research in the management of technology generates profitable strategies
for managing intellectual property.
Her experience spans corporate life at Providian Corporation in
Louisville Kentucky as an
Information Technology Consultant, to entrepreneurial life as a web
designer and business consultant in
Minneapolis. She
also has experience transforming business processes in multiple
industries such as newspaper publishing, book publishing, DOD uranium
foundry, financial/insurance industry, computer retail, network
infrastructure, photography and fashion.
She recently attended the International Association for Management of
Technology’s annual conference in
Washington
DC and presented three papers about the Theory of
Technology and how to apply it to business processes.
Lori Lorenz is currently focusing on developing assessment tools for
business that convert intuitive processes into measurable and explicit
knowledge. Her business partner, Lori Palm is a former client.
Together, they bring intellectual property tools to businesses so they
can reach new profitability levels through sustainable competitive
advantage.
