The Twin Cities IEEE Engineering Management Society Invites You to Attend:

So How Good is Your Team?
Let Get Serious and Look at Production Efficiency!

Gary L. Jurak, Ph.D.

Tuesday, April 22, 2003
6:00 pm until 8:00pm

Dunwoody Institute, Holden Center
818 Dunwoody Boulevard
Minneapolis, MN.

About the Topic:

Teams are expensive, cumbersome, and can cause a lot of damage. Plus we’ve all been on teams where death may be too good an ending for selected members.  Let’s find out how good your team needs to be to offset the large time and leadership investments needed for successful team development. Join us for an exciting and interactive session defining and evaluating production efficiency from a team and leadership skill perspective. And yes, we will give you selected rules and procedures to aid in increasing team production efficiency. You just might save the life of the team member next to you (or your own)!
