Coaching: Developing and motivating others to become more effective

This workshop focuses on the differences between managing and coaching.
Focus is placed on the practical skills leading to effective coaching.

Following the workshop the participants will:
• Understand the differences between coaching and managing
• Describe the impact of coaching on employee motivation and development
• Identify practical coaching skills

Dr. Cheryl Leitschuh, Ed.D. is a leadership development consultant and specializes in personal and professional success. We will meet on the first floor, room 111.

Free for EMS members and non-members attending for the first time; $10
