About the Topic/ Outline:
Value Stream Mapping

“One concept that has persisted in Process Management and Process Improvement over the years is the idea of core processes, or value stream processes. Mapping the value stream for a product or service family from supplier to customer is a vital step in understanding how an enterprise creates value for its customers. In this presentation, we’ll define value and waste, and discuss how to identify and map an enterprise’s value stream, both from the enterprise-wide macro level and the local process level.”
