"Design for Six Sigma:  A Critical Parameter for Success"

DFSS is based on the foundation that product and process design and development is a team sport in which all appropriate organizational functions need to participate.  In it's simplest sense it is a collection of methods which are embedded in the organizations product and process development process.  These methods enable the development of product and process with minimum variation, and which are robust to sources of variation.  DFSS is based on the identification and management of critical parameters which meet the requirements of the customer.  This presentation will provide an overview of DFSS and it's application.
