About the subject:
All of us agree that often the success of complex projects is dependent on
the skills and contributions of venders. Join with me for a humorous and
serious discussion and evaluation of your procurement and vendor practices.
How do you rate? Where are the problem areas? What practices should you have
as SOP? What can you implement to improve performance?
