Dave Hendrickson

Always looking for
challenges, Dave started his undergraduate studies at the Institute of
Technology, the engineering school at the University of Minnesota. While
there, he took extra course work in electrical engineering, mechanical
engineering, computer science, bio-physics, and business. He finished
his studies at the U of M, graduating with a BSME. Latter, he returned
to school to earn a MBA with honors from Regis University. He is also a
member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit Honor Society. All though his life,
he strives to learn, understand, and create new ideas.
Dave has been active in IEEE for over 25 years, holding several officer
positions starting in his undergrad studies at the University of
Minnesota. In addition to IEEE, he is also active in the Project
Management Institute (PMI).
Dave has worked in the IT field as an IT manager, project manager, and
information systems consultant. He started his career in IT as an
undergrad at the University of Minnesota, doing programming and IT
consulting to help pay for school. Though his work career, he looks to
integrate business and engineering. Always looking at projects and
opportunities form both a business and engineering prospective. He is
currently an Engineer at Symantec Software.

Dave Hoff
Dave Hoff received an AA
degree and an Electronics Technology Certificate from Phoenix College in
1967. He worked as a research technician for Motorola until 1976 with a
3-year break in the Army. He earned his BSEE from Arizona State University
in 1977 and went to Honeywell in Hopkins MN. As a development engineer, Dave
designed and developed both analog and digital circuits for munitions
sensors and fuzes. During that time he was awarded three patents, four
perpetually pending classified patents, and a trade secret. Dave was
supervisor of the Mine Systems group when he left Honeywell in 1989. After
Honeywell, Dave started a rental property management business and expanded
by adding traveling sales in North and South Dakota, then wholesale gift
sales in Minnesota. In 1996 Dave returned to engineering as Electrical
Engineering Manager at Faith Engineering Services were he led the design
efforts for small manufacturing machine control systems. In 1999 Dave took
responsibility for the electrical system integration of the Crusader
self-propelled at United Defense. In 2004 he worked at Lockheed Martin as
systems integration of the Secure Voice System of the submarine external
communication system. Dave has been an active member of IEEE since 2003.
